Used to be able to book resource via Workpal app a year ago but it doesn’t seem to be working anymore. “Report Issue” function also not loading so I can’t report errors. Would appreciate if this were fixed 🙏🏻

Worked fine previously. But I’ve been unable to open the app. Each time I click on it, it opens and closes immediately. Delete app and downloaded it again. Same issue. Wondering if this supports iPhone 8plus users?

Improve the interface and speed please
Cannot withstand high volume and hangs when many users are trying to log in at the same time. Makes people very frustrated.
No option to withdraw or cancel for CICO
There’s no option to withdraw or cancel for Clock in or Clock out for primary officer user, which is troublesome. If accidentally submit to the wrong approving officer due to system lag or so, there’s no button for amendment, withdraw or cancel!
Unbelievably bad app
Unreliable and keep crashing. Some functions need u to log out and log in numerous times.
