I wish it did videos, but great for photos

It doesn’t have a video capabilities, but it works well handling photos. It seems to share well too.

Solid job photo app that keeps getting better

WorkPhotos does exactly what we need it to do. It keeps job photos organized without overcomplicating things. The team behind it is responsive and clearly invested in improving the product. I speak directly with the cofounder, which says a lot about their accessibility. For the price, it’s a solid solution that continues to get better.

Store Manager

I managed a Building Supply store that offers a full line of products from blocks to the locks. We utilize this app to document each and every delivery that we make to all of our jobs. This has saved us countless times when it comes to us making deliveries. Rather it be from products coming up missing after delivered or simply customers not being able to locate on the job. If you’re not using this app then you are probably loosing money. I highly recommend!!

Awesome Tool for Running our small business

Brilliant

Finally a lower cost solution for our technicians to take photos and have them accessible to everyone. Prior to this we had to constantly remind them to send the photos they took on their personal devices. Love seeing the progression of this!

Very high potential, but somewhat buggy still

I run service for an HVAC company I work for and was looking for a simple and easy app to use to keep records of houses, quotes, and past visits etc. This app is perfect for those sorts of things and I could also leave notes and share with other co workers and my boss. Amazing features. A few things however, I also had the issue where the app wouldn’t open so I had to redownload it and it works fine now. Other times, past photos that I thought were uploaded don’t show up on the cloud for my co workers to see them and are even deleted sometimes. I can’t upload more than 5 photos/videos at a time either which is a little frustrating but not the end of the world. Overall, amazing idea for an app like this and I highly recommend.

Simple and easy

I was looking for something simple and easy to use on my job site, and keep my photos somewhere in an organized matter that wasn’t clogging my phone up. This app does just what I need. Plus I like that i can export it to a pdf to send in emails, etc.

Since the last update I can’t even get into the app. I have important pictures in there that I need access too…

Disappointing

Took over 100 pics of a job site and then went to look back at them later just to realize that the app somehow deleted all but 5. I’m an engineer and this app would have been very useful for my projects. Very disappointing

Apologies for the poor experience, a new build has been released today enabling consistent photo uploads without loss.

A few updates short of perfect

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time and this one has the structure to be great. would love to be able to export and share photos without having to download them to photo gallery. I need to email pictures of jobsites to production staff, and if I have to download the photos to my photo gallery, it defeats the purpose of the app

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We have some improvements around sharing individual images coming soon. In the meantime it is possible to add your production staff to your workspace, this would give them access to all images and let them add additional content. You could alternatively create a new workspace for jobsites that your production staff need photos of. You can create as many workspaces as you require.
