Great for one location not for multiple
My staff and I loved this program for one location. When we added another, unrelated location it combined all information into one. There is no need to have employees from multiple locations see another stores rewards and posts. It is actually problematic. Each store needs to have private groups, with a multi unit manager able to view all. Also, if you want to give WOWs to multiple people, you will see the same message pop up as many times as you have people getting the recognition. It takes up way to much room. I was hoping that at least this would have been fixed in new update.... it did not. Would be a 5 star app if these issues were solved.
