You can see their availability and decide whether a message or a call is the best way to communicate with them. - You can organize your teams or departments around “groups”, and categorize your chatgroup discussions using “topics”. - You can schedule or start audio and video meetings with colleagues or with external contacts. Meetings can be recorded, too. You can conduct unified communications searches and forward them to colleagues or workgroups.
