Pretty good on most things

The app works pretty well and I know that it’s going from the full desktop to a mobile /IPad version must be a challenge. I would appreciate if the interface could be updated to include some kind of mouse right click adaptation. Scaling works most of the time but there has been a few time the keyboard still covers desktop icons. A locatible mouse/keyboard tool would do wonders for this app

Horrible Option For Cloud Computing

Expensive and unreliable. The client doesn’t connect, drops connection, or won’t even allow you to sign in. There are so many better options out there. Worst decision ever for our business to deploy Workspot. End users hate it.

A great platform and company to work with

This app brings our corporate Windows desktop to iPad, works really well with Apple Magic Keyboard

Doesn’t work anymore!

Just getting a blank black screen when I attempt to use this app on my iPhone now. Used to be at least somewhat usable but now I can’t use it on mobile whatsoever.

Doesn’t work well still

Update: It crashes when the desktop is connecting. Just not a reliable product. There’s no release notes since a 4.0 client BETA in January 2022. Really? Not even a GA release note or is 4.0 still beta? It sure feels like this may be abandonware.
Why would this app which simply shows you a VDI session crash? They’ve had DVI clients out there for decades that work fine but I’m forced to use this. It worked OK for a while on iPad Pro M1 but that lasted only for a few months. When it works, it’s OK but they put their overlay stuff on top of the desktop right where you need to click for browser tabs.

OLD: For some reason it errors out with SSL problem. The website access to the same thing works at https://<companyname>.workspot.com works fine. Kinda useless.

Completely Useless on iPad Pro

The app crashes immediately after connecting to the Workspot desktop. I’ve tried rebooting the iPad, logging out and back in, resetting everything, and it still crashes.

iPad Pro 2019 version with the M1 processor.

Very easy to use App for VDI

I have used VDI earlier , but workspot stands out in comparison for its usability and features

It does not work

I cannot use this.
On iOS when it comes to write, the keyboard does not come up.
Fix this or the app is useless.

Drives me Crazy! Won’t work! Locked me Out!

Our hospital went to Workspot and it’s been the worst! When trying to use the app, keyboard covers areas to type in name, password, etc. I contacted IT who also couldn’t get it to work. Now, I’ve attempted to log in so many times (even though my attempts didn’t include a password and were incomplete attempts), it has locked me out! Already miss our old program!

Awesome app for empowering users

So often companies focus on security for mobile and BYOD devices, nice to have an app that actual empowers users and still meets the security concerns of the IT Department.

Clean interface, great functionality with locally saved files, access to all of web-based interfaces from a single start-point. Keep up the great work guys!
