Poor service and useless app

Useless app, I have been hired, I applied many time to different jobs even right after an urgent email was sent but never got 1 job. When you write to them, they will take 1 week or more to respond to you when the job posting is passed.

Pretty handy

This app makes it easy to pick and choose and apply for shifts. The only thing that I don’t like is that once a shift is booked it still shows as available so it’s annoying having to click on every single listing our company posts over 100 shifts at a time sometimes.

Love this app

My employer uses workstaff now and it makes my life so much easier. I can choose all tne shifts i want, i see all my hours and it does my billing.

Love it!

This app really changed my life as an autonomous worker. I have the chance to see the job posting of three companies I work for on one app. The app is easy to navigate on and to track my hours.

Hi! Workstaff is the tool your employer uses to manage their staff’s schedules and publish job offers. If you’ve been invited to Workstaff and your employer hasn’t published any job, this is unfortunate but it’s not because of Workstaff as a technology platform. We suggest getting in touch with your employer to find out why they haven’t hired you yet. Now that you know your situation is out of Workstaff’s control, may we kindly ask that you remove this 1 star review - which is hurtful to us?

Can’t create and assign from app?

I registered and downloaded the app, logged in as a manager and discovered that you can’t create or assign anything from the app. It isn’t easy to navigate and I don’t think our volunteers would be able to figure it out. Deleting my account and app unfortunately.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We welcome any suggestion to improve the mobile app and Workstaff as a whole! The mobile app focuses on on-the-go tasks for managers; any other more complex task like scheduling and time approval is expected to be performed on the Web interface. We’re sorry you thought the mobile app would not work out for your volunteers… The app is in use by thousands of workers daily so we’re pretty convinced it’s not that hard to get into. Also, we’re constantly improving it! We would very much appreciate your feedback on what you think would make Workstaff easier for them to grasp.
