IMPROVED APPROVALS ON MOBILE • Approvals now follow the same rules as the web app: a locked day is view-only, and a day still in progress can't be approved or rejected • Days that are locked clearly show as "Approved-Locked" • Tapping the "Approvals Awaiting Review" notification opens the Approvals tab directly RECORDS • Full-width Add Labor Entry button at the top of Records, and a larger tap target to open a full record • The labor list now follows the day you select, showing the most recent day by default • Summary cards reflect the full date range you pick and follow the status filter • Overtime is calculated against the weekly threshold (over 40 hours, Monday to Sunday) • Today's Hours on the Home screen now splits Regular and Overtime correctly • Labor details show the task and cost centre for each entry LABOR ENTRY • "Still working on this" now means the entry starts now, with the start time locked while it's ticked, and is hidden for past or future starts • Entries with a future start require an end time • Clearer messages when an entry won't fit inside a punch, naming the punch it was measured against • Clocking in now explains the real reason when a previous punch can't be closed PICKERS AND LISTS • Task numbers sort in ascending order; sub-categories follow their configured order • Pickers show the code, with the description as a caption beneath FIXES • Edit Record flags a mismatch on any closed punch whose labor total doesn't match its duration, and refreshes after every save • Late arrival is re-checked when a clock-in time is edited • An expired or dropped session now returns you to the sign-in screen instead of failing silently • Various wording and stability improvements
