Unfair bracketing
We have a player Turey219 who should be moved to a different bracket of players more suitable for his skill level, pretty unfair when they finish 1st in everything! Other players are getting frustrated

Our team keeps getting harrassed by certain people and nobody can report anything I been playing for years and never understood how a player named DMW plays but waits a few days after the new season starts and within a few minutes has 15000 - 30000 club tokens generated for their team that’s right I said 15000 to 45000 if nobody believes it take notes and watch the beginning of every season I asked many times and nobody ever answers this Also these teams that form together are a waste 50 people and nobody plays on half the teams maybe try eliminating the team play since no awards are given

Game needs work
Get to a certain level usually stadiums 9 to 10 and can’t win anymore. Start playing teams way better than yours…not enough tournament play either, only way to get better players without paying actual money….tired of losing to better teams that pay money ….candy crush is more fun than this

Constant reboot
I really enjoy this game when I can get into it. It’s consistently rebooting or doesn’t let me in at all. Pretty frustrating.
Server Errors
Great game but getting “internal server” errors for days now.

Great game but one problem. I recently upgraded phones and my account was lost. I searched it up and it’s still active but I cannot login to it. The account is VES. Can anyone help?
Server Error 400 Everyday
Nice how we watch advertisements for the rewards and everyday Server Error 400 comes up and we get no rewards Thanks and then DMW is loaded and somehow drops amazing number of points every season Luker T is loaded and runs up the score Don’t play this game 2 people ruined this game you can’t even compete with Luker T and DMW Gold card teams humiliate your team teams are not evenly matched at all it’s a waste of time

FIX THIS PLZZZ!!
It’s bad enough that if you don’t have money and I mean money!!! To blow then you can’t level up the way you must to be competitive. So at least if nothing else fix it to where you play others who are in your range. If my overall rating is 100 then I shouldn’t be playing people who are 190 plus!!! I would also like to win some tournaments or at least compete. Be nice if you would fix this. Thanks!! Bc I do love the game and I dedicate many hours to it. If i had the $ then I would spend it. When I do I will. Be nice for those who can’t at the moment to be able to compete tho.

Love the game but …….
Love the games but they should add pitching practice and have a place for girls to play as well but over all great game and yes I know this is a baseball games but still softball is just as hard as baseball just with girls playing and different pitching and rules And girls out there like me being a softball player you GO!!!!!!!!!!

You take the item and then reasonably believe that you can get a refund but they deny eligibility for a refund. Game has locked up and nobody cares. Anyone else?
Today, completely unable to access anything with internal server error. Customer service non existent, exorbitant prices and fixed beyond belief. Should be a great game but in incapable hands. It’s really too bad.
9 month player
I don’t recommend this game. When I first started playing this game it was fun, but not anymore. This game crashes all the time and they want you to spend a lot of money $$$$$$ to upgrade players. The issues started when they added the WBS playoff tournament, single elimination tournament, daily league tournament and home run derby. I have been reporting these issues for the past 2 or 3 months. When I started playing this game you would collect coins and rubies to upgrade players now with the new tournaments you collect points and crowns to upgrade player. So when the game crashes you are charged with a loss and eliminated from the game. I have reported these issues, sent pictures and explained these issues. they respond by saying sorry for the inconvenience but you have reported these issues, we are aware of these issues, try restarting your device. In other words they are not going to fix issues or compensate for these issues they just want your money.

Losing games due to disconnection from internet
I spend more than most on bats, balls, and player upgrades and have a pretty successful team because of it. Be that as it may, I have recently starting losing games that I have won because of my internet disconnection. To be clear my internet does not disconnect from my phone I’m still receiving text messages and phone calls while playing on my WiFi all my calls and texts are wifi generated. But the app keeps disconnecting while I’m on a winning streak and thus I’m eliminated in single and double elimination games because the app says I was disconnected from the app even when I won the game the app even tells me I won the game and it will be graded as a win once I restart the app but when I restart the app it’s graded as a lost. Im beginning to feel like it’s a conspiracy and the app does nt want to me to win these tournaments which is silly because it’s just an emotional win. Im not really winning anything tangible. And with the amount of money Im spending on the app way more than people who acting place higher than me in these tournaments it makes absolutely no senses you would not want to keep a good paying customer happy.
