I purchased it in advance through the app , and by simply following the instructions,the installation was very easy.
I was able to connect immediately after arriving,which was extremely convenient!
There was no need to swap SIM cards or deal with complicated settings,so even as a first-time eSIM user,I felt confident using it.
I traveled not only in Taipei but also to other cities,and the connection remained stable,allowing me to use map and transportation apps without any problems.
The price was reasonable,and thanks to the easy setup and great usability, plan to use World eSIM again on my next overseas trip!

The setup was easy by simply following the instructions, and it worked comfortably throughout the trip.
I often forgot to return the Wi-Fi device after coming back, so it was great not having to deal with that.

An eSIM is essential for studying abroad!
I have a 30-day plan, so I purchase and install a new one each month.
I use my phone’s hotspot when working on my laptop for classes, so having an eSIM is essential.
I occasionally travel to the UK and Spain, and I simply purchase a plan through the app each time and use my smartphone locally.
When I return to Japan, I also plan to purchase a Japan plan and continue using it

前回、韓国で使って問題なかったので再びの利用です。
久しぶりの海外だったので、
やはり初期設定に少し手惑いましたが、前回程では無く、
私もレベルが上がったなと思いました！
ただ、現地に着いてから、
最初の接続までは、友人のWiFiの方が早く、
少しドキドキしました。
使い始めれば、
何も問題ないと感じましたが、
テザリングを使って、
ゲーム機などを繋ぎましたが、
携帯電話の電池の減りは少し早いのかなと感じました。
あとは、日本に帰ってからの再設定が少し面倒ですが、
また、使わせていただきます。

１.初回通信日がわからない(メールから推測するしかない)
２.終了日時がわからない。オーストラリアでは、初回通信時刻にかかわらず5回目の深夜2時に終了していた。(22時に初回通信をした場合、4時間後に1日目終了)
３.IPが使用する国(今回はオーストラリア)ではなく、回線提供国(今回は香港)になるため、ネトフリなどの国地域によって制限があるアプリを利用する場合、VPNが必要になる

初めての購入でインストールの設定で不明な点があり、webでの問い合わせていました。おはんないので諦めて他社で再購入するつもりでしたが、
遠隔操作で確認して頂いていたようで、インストールは完了していたようです
現地に着いてからの手順も記載あり、丁寧な説明でわかりやすかったですが、もう少し早いレスポンスであれば、、、国内外だとまだ良いのですが、、やはり渡航先ではかなり困ると思うので。

初心者向きでない 対応もアプリも不親切
アプリの操作の誘導の仕方が悪く、購入したeSIMが使えず海外の空港で危うく予約した電車を逃すところでした。
そのため必死になりながら現地空港で同社のアプリを四苦八苦しながら新しいeSIMを購入することになり結果として3倍以上のコストがかかり、不安もありとても疲れました。
その後問い合わせを行っても、アプリ内の操作誘導が悪いにも関わらず商品には問題ないと返金もされませんでした。がっかりというより現地でここまで疲れさせるようなサービスっなんなのでしょうか？広告ばかり綺麗で本当に日本のちゃんとした企業なんでしょうか？

2日目から超低速でした。
1日目、少しもっさり感あるものの、そこそこ快適に通信。
2日目、朝から不調。昼以降はマップの読み込みで時間がかかり、観光に支障が出ました。
3日目、前日同様。
おそらく、1日のデータ通信料を1日目で超過したせいと思われる（3GBを超過すると無制限プランでも速度制限が来る可能性があると記載されていた）
何のための無制限プランなのか。その上、1日目以降はまともに使えなかったので通信量使ってなかったが、最後まで復活しませんでした。
また、サポートもQ&Aに誘導されるだけだったので微妙です。
次は別の会社のにします。

全く使えず料金のみ支払いました
未アクティベートでもちゃんと使えているはずと曖昧な回答で且つ使用のギガ数が増えないのでesimが使えているのか、別途スマホに課金されているのかは不明です(来月のスマホ代が不安です)
帰国して2日目で今もまだ使用期間中になっているのでおそらくやはり最後の日にesimが利用できるようになっていたのかなと…
この状態でも返金の対応はないんだろうなと思うと最悪です。
