Hopeless

App has stopped working. No help response despite asking twice. If I delete and reinstall app all data is lost which is hopeless. Why no backup? I’m canceling my subscription. Don’t waste your money on this.

Collect data unnecessarily

Don’t know how the app works but asks to register first (collects email address, phone number and location) and then asks to buy the app to use it.

Unaware of it being not available without buying - I would never share these details with the app.

Useless app

Dose not do what it claims to do, does not track unless opened everyday, not possible to edit it tracking mistakes and it dosnt recoganise basic residency rules like the U.K. midnight rule.

I tried them all, this is the most reliable

I tried every single location logging app in the app store and this is the only one that successfully and tracks my location including transits. Other apps crash and miss days or get stuck in the last location.

There are apps with better, more modern UI’s, part of the new batch aimed at digital nomads, but none of those are there yet in terms of residency tracking and reporting.

I would give this 5 starts if they would update the UI to make it more modern and readable. Font can be TINY in some critical areas and the design is a little old fashioned. Recommend using an iOS native design style.

Doesn't record properly

Have used this for 2 years. Constant issues with recording proper location and days in a particular country. Especially problematic when one is restricted to a certain number of days in a country and the app constantly skips or adds or substracts days randomly. I have spoke to the support people many times. They are super nice and responsive and they generally end up correcting the count, but then the app messes up again. So one cannot just rely on it blindly. It is faulty and despite many updates/upgrades, issue still hasn't been fixed.

Buggy rip off, no customer support

The app experienced an error that made all of my residency data useless. Then automatically charged me for the 120 pound subscription. I have sent multiple messages trying to get support. This app is a SCAM.

Best travel app

Ideal solution for easy tracking if you travel a lot. Makes travelling stress free, giving you a one-stop shop with all the info you need to evidence your travels: purpose, travel docs, etc which you can easily export and share with your tax advisor. Great alternative to tedious Excel spreadsheets

The app automises the hurdle of day count by tracking your location to send you reminders about your stay, budget days for the future or backtrack. And all this information is available to export at any time. Really impressive and simple!

Best customer support

Amazing app. After recently moving to Switzerland, the app has been saving me so much time tracking my days. I had an issue initially, because I am located close the border but the team was able to resolve it and ensure the tracking is accurate. Big thanks to Maria for her quick support!

Finally found an app that tracks days absent

Using the app for 2 years now. Not many apps offer UK absences tracking, so this one became my saviour. Really helpful customer support who actually listen to their customers and evolve the offer. Thank you for adding the tracking frequency feature to help my battery life without hindering accuracy of the count!

Great day counting app for expats

Traveling a lot for work recently and needed an app to track my days. And the app offers exactly what I need. Also appreciate the ability to store travel documents for each trip, so it is all in one place, you can even export it in one document.

Excellent App

Love this app, tracks my days, allows me to upload documents which I can send to my accounts/lawyers when I need to. Staff are very friendly and would highly recommend.

You should add to the app description that it’s £119.99 a year!
Now I have downloaded and installed the app and created an account just to find out you want money for it! Not happy!

Great app in principle

The app works well in itself BUT as it constantly uses your location in the background it drains your battery in a matter of hours.
If you change it to only when using the app it stops you from opening it until you change back to always.
If they could fix that so it only checked periodically then it would get 5 stars from me.

App does not record correctly

Very disappointed with the app as it constantly logs my location incorrectly. I contacted support and initially heard back but since then there has been no contact to fix it. Would not advice you purchase the app.
