Dear ne-one, sorry to hear you are having issues! Please contact support@norwoodsystems.com and we will sort this for you. Can you first check that you have subscribed to a Virtual ID, as this is a prerequisite for receiving inbound SMS messages?

Works great with the World Phone app which I have been using for a while. Same attention to detail in the UI as in World Phone. Very nice! Worth having a look...
