Hard to use
Created my account, got my card number. Can’t log into the app at all. Can’t figure it out
App is broken!
Tried to register. It did not give me the option to choose a username. Every login fails, as it says there may be a bad connection on the app. If I login through the website, it says that my username is invalid. It is unusable. Impressively bad. I have reset my password multiple times. Can’t make a new account as it still has my email.

PLEASE ADD MISSING ITEMS
App is pointless for ordering if your menu isn’t on it completely! I wrote to WOB and no answer yet. How can you NOT ADD YOUR NACHOS AND then THE FRIES WITH THAT TRUFFLE SAUCE is missing also?!?!? Please fix that and what ever else may be missing if you’d like more business. I hate to have to chose other restaurants cause it’s easier to order from them.

Only works in few Locatuons
Was looking for a food & beer pairing app, this has many limitations since it only works in very few locations.
Bugs in the app
If you click on “Events” and then choose the day, say Wednesday, (wing day) and try to hit the details button the app just shuts down. It should be looked at.
Not easy
The last few times I’ve eaten here, no one could figure out how to check me in. The app is not easy to do that, and when employees can’t do it either it’s ridiculous
Bad App inside an Okay App?
Just installed the app, created an account, and chose the location near me. Scrolled to the bottom to select the “Order Now” option under “WOB To Go” and it…. Opened up a new browser? Everything was fine until it asked me to login or proceed as a guest to obtain my rewards. It prompted me to enter a username which I had yet to create, and then when I tried to “Register” my account, after filling out info, I received an error message saying that no username found. Bizarre and nonsensical app if you want reward points. Perfectly usable in every other regard

Can’t sign in!
I have made this account in May of 2022 with the intent to use the $5 reward. I have never been able to sign in! This is aggravating because I have to order without signing in, so no reward! Ugh!
Ap is Crap
$10 beers and they can’t keep track of them. WOB failed to care about their Loyalty Members years ago and this Application is a testament to their customer no service attitude. No wonder so many WOB stores have closed. This Ap is guaranteed to frustrate even the most loyal WOB fan.
what we do if the server forgets ??
Overall the app is really fun but if your server forgets to check you in, lol then there absolutely no point in this. And this is not to blame the servers who are busy and shouldn’t have to worry about something like that. Y’all need to work out a better system for us to get the rewards & track our drinks.

Why do I need the app just to check the menu?
Can’t Choose Beer in Lafayette, LA
We recently had a WoB open here in Lafayette. Super stoked but when I downloaded the app, I couldn’t add any beer to my beer profile and no beer information comes up when I choose this location. Wth is going on?
Need some updates to support beer to go
We need the pour size and price for each beer since you’re not printing the draft beer menu. Also should have a 16/32/64 ounce growler price. We got a 32 ounce growler of smithwicks tonight and we were charged for 2 glasses, but it should be 2 English pints = 2*20 or 40 ounces

Can’t sign in
Just signed up for the loyalty program and the app will not let me sign in. I’ve been getting emails so I know the account is valid and I’m sure the password is correct but that app still says my credentials are invalid. I have used both the email address and the card number to attempt to sign in.
