I can't go anywhere or do anything 😡

I just started playing, and immediately after I accidentally land, a goblin ( I think ) starts hitting me. My food and water are low, and so I just go look for water. But EVERYWHERE there's water, there's enemies. I don't want to fight enemies yet, I JUST STARTED PLAYING. Everywhere I look, it is either scary or there are enemies.
