Not near enough value
Ballistic and Recoil charge half of WOF and you don’t lose the issue after only 30 days. For $3.99 I own the digital issue indefinitely. WOF content is just ok. + how unsure of the content and advertising partners to only allow 3 minute preview?

I love this magazine and getting electronically makes it easy for me to take along to view everywhere. I can also pull up past issues with a connection. It's like a whole subscription on the go.

Crashing since latest iOS update
Please fix, I enjoy recoil and off grid, which, if I am correct, are sister publications. No problems with either of those, but this one is crashing on iPad 2 when I select an issue to read. Recently renewed my subscription, so it would be nice if you guys fixed it.
Full screen startup ad annoying
Ok, this app now displays a full screen ad on startup, they need to get rid of this ASAP. I can live with ads in in app, but this is the first time I've seen an ad this obnoxious, it makes me wait 5 seconds before I can read a mag, as the ad can't be dismissed. If this keeps up I will not be renewing my sub.

Why are publishers so in the dark with regard to digital media? Love magazine but you should be embarrassed to release an app this bad. Also, why does magazine not show up under newsstand like all my other magazines?
Doesn't work
I purchased a magazine but it won't load and I can't open the app to contact customer service. Doesn't work on iPhone or iPad. FIX THIS!
Waste of time
I saw your magazine in the store listed for $8.99 an issue, thought I would jump on my iPad and get it electronically for half the price... After continual crashes and what appeared to be them just taking my $3.99 and leaving me with no readable magazine and $4 poorer, I can say with full confidence unless they can restore the app to a useable state, or go with the rest of the world and create one that works in apples newsstand, I will no longer buy the magazine off the rack or this way. Don't waste your time with this. It's pure junk...
