Where are the developers?

The bad: game glitches upgraded buildings disappear, kicks u off game unexpectedly everytime ur attacked by another player, no game support email given for dialogue, no world or global chat, no game tutorial

The good: gives surprisingly high amount of diamonds (the game's money) for various tasks completed and events
