Freezes on main screen
Unfortunately we have not been able to use app. Doesn’t go past main screen that shows the boy and girl with the letters in the back

I am unable to draw the letters
It was working in the beginning but I am now unable to draw the letters. The app functions, I get to the part where I need to draw the letters but no matter what I do, nothing happens.
I tried going back to the homepage and back in but to no avail. I hope you can fix that soon.
