Removed the Evaluation planner and replaced it with: 1. US Alert Map: See NOAA active emergency alerts across America on a full-screen interactive map. Severity-colored polygon overlays show exactly where warnings are in effect: weather, civil danger, and nuclear. What it does: - Fetches every active alert across the entire United States from NOAA (typically 400+ at any time) - Draws alert regions directly on the map with severity-colored polygons: red for critical, amber for warning, green for informational - Tap any alert in the list to fly the camera to its region - Tap any polygon on the map to select the alert - Weather watches and warnings from NOAA's FeatureServer appear as blue overlays - "Locate Me" button centers on your position; "US Overview" zooms out to see everything - Draggable bottom panel shows all alerts sorted by severity with area descriptions How it works: Most NOAA alerts don't include map coordinates directly; they reference NWS forecast zones. The app resolves each zone's polygon geometry from the NWS API, caches it, and renders it on MapKit. This means you see actual geographic boundaries, not just pins.
