Sign-up Failed

I used to use the App fine, but then couldn’t log in. I deleted the app and reinstalled but now I constantly get “sign-up failed, please try again” when I enter my phone number. I have been trying for months and it just doesn’t seem to work. Shame because I need it for business!

I cannot log into my account. I have been trying again and again. Trying every possible manner to work but nothing happens. After activation key page shows for “accept terms n condition “ and boom!! The app crashes.
I have purchased a lot at one time and after using maybe 5 mins the app stops processing.

Crashing, unable to activate! Tech.support is not provided or just ignored.

After installation the app crashes during the activation process. iOS 12.3, iPhone XS Max.

Once it started working ...brilliant

I used this app in Hakuba Japan and it was absolutely brilliant on wifi and using a data only SIM card that I purchased at the airport on entry.
I was able to make local calls to restaurants, hotels and booking offices. I could also call Sydney to check on my mum via her mobile and with the office for a very, very low price per call

Well, I was happy...

I have tried many different “free” or close to free phone/text apps. So I check this one out, and it was pretty cool that you could have multiple phone lines/numbers. You could have a virtual phone line for $2.50 a month. The Quality was really good! I was quite impressed. So I went to make a call, and I had to pay 2.1 cents a minute for a local call— and I had to purchase a new # for 10/ mo. With no explanation!! Okay— are you flipping kidding me??!! No thank you—- GOOGL3 voic3 will do fine by me— and that is FREE!!! What a joke!! Don’t waste your time!!!

Terrible

Had for about 3 years. It has around $30 in credit in it. Mostly glitchy and unpredictable but for last 3 months have been unable to use at all. Have emailed on many occasions and although Rob is quick to respond nothing changes and the app is a huge disappointment.
