Change it back! The new updates have made this app horrendous and practically unusable pitch side. I literally cannot even open the app half the time and then when I do, it looks like the code was written by a college first year! Don’t even try reading the variations because again it won’t load properly and you can’t tell which is part is deleted and which is being replaced. That being said, this was best app out there but has taken a giant goose step in the wrong direction. Please revert back!

Won’t load after latest update
This was a good app, but since the last update, it just says “One moment, we’re just setting things up for you…”, and never finishes.
I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the same thing happens.
I would have contacted the developer, but this seems impossible, so hopefully they’ll take notice of this review.

I have been using this app on my mobile phone for years. But this year the App upgrade will not load. Other Referees are having the same problem. Can we get a fix please?

iOS 18.3.1のiPhone15proでインストールしたのですが、アプリを開こうとすると"One moment, we’re just setting things up for you…"のメッセージ表示とともに起動中のくるくるがひたすら回るだけで、全く立ち上がりません。どうしたら起動できるのでしょうか？
New version too slow to open
As a ref i often want to quickly check the laws. The new version often ends up not even starting or taking forever to start with a “one moment we are sitting things up for you screen”. The old version launched instantly. Please change it back or have it download updated data in the background.

Needs to be updated for 2024-25 rules this is the online rules referees like myself use as a reference tool.

This was a great app but unfortunately it now causes confusion because it is not being updated with changes.
We just need a update to the laws for 2022/2023

Excellent app - but needs updating more quickly!
Extremely useful, no issues with videos - they play every time. Good links to the World Rugby Officiating site and other WR resources. Highly recommend if you have an interest in the technical side of the game.
Edit: I’ve dropped a star off as there have been a number of changes/introductions this year and they are not yet included - 50/22 rule for instance. Needs updating much more quickly.
