サブスクリプション終了？
iOSのサブスクリプションのページで見ると、5月1日でサブスクリプションが終了したと表示されますが、アプリやサイト上ではそのようなアナウンスは一切されていないようです。
アプリ上では、アップグレードをタップするとエラーメッセージが表示されます。
問い合わせをしても、一切反応がなく、カスタマーサポートが機能していません。
それなのに、日々のニュース記事だけは更新されます。
アプリ自体は非常に使いやすいと思っていただけに、このようないい加減な対応は極めて残念です。
ちなみに、広告を閲覧して他国の路線図を見ようとすると、アプリが落ちて、日本以外の路線図は見れない状況です。

No subscription plans. No reply from emails. Scam ads
The app has in-app purchases but it doesn't list them so you can't buy them, meaning you have to put up with ads which are very scammy telling you that your computer is infected and to pay them money to fix it, etc.
Also I have to disable Location Services otherwise the app crashes every time I open it.

Need to disable Location Services to stop app crashing
For a few weeks every time I opened the app it crashed, on both my iPad Air 4 and iPhone 14 Pro Max. I contacted their support but received no reply. I noticed it was crashing after saying "Getting the present location", so I tried disabling Location Services and the app actually worked. No idea if this problem is due to a change in the app or with iOS. I am not currently in Japan so I don't know if that is causing a problem (though I have used the program for years without issues).

前のに戻してほしい。
前の日本地図に線路が乗ったやつに戻ってほしい。あとスクロールで地域切り替えしないといけないのも本当にめんどくさい。路線図なんて遠くに行く時にしか使わないんだから地方ごとに分けるのは本当に不便。

Great app but needs some updates
Really enjoy the maps but some missing lines and stations for the UK. Would be great if some other countries with complex networks could be added - Netherlands, Switzerland for example.
