Tried multiple times. In web i get a promo email and in the mobile app it says resource doesn’t exists

I purchased this to watch Nepalese channel, but only plays for 30 secs to 1 min then stops. I need my money back. I don’t recommend your app. This is a spam.

Ridiculous the app doesn’t work, for t says network error when I try to sign up. It needs more improving the literally can’t use the app, what a waste of time downloading it.
