Disappointed
Love the game and have spent real money as a good game deserves. Unfortunately as you get further into the game, it is impossible to progress without spending, for which I calculate to be $1000’s and that’s not an exaggeration. Please developers wake up to yourselves and allow not only the well off to play. Another game ruined by developers GREED, GREED, GREED.

Very enjoyable but’s...
I really enjoy the game and the fact it’s almost like multiple building games in one. I still do find you do need to spend real money to get to what you really want and advance. Great time filling game though.
My major recommendation is please add more gifts to give to friends. They are extremely limited and get sick of sending the same gifts over and over and in return the ones you receive can hardly ever use.
I’ve rated it 3 but could easily be a 4.

Note:I gave this 3 stars only because I'm day 1 trying the game. I'm liking this game so far. The graphics are beautiful and not cartoony. You can work on several "tasks" at once. Building are affordable as of now. I like this game doesn't use the energy format(use energy for every action). Right now I say, give it a go and see how you like it :) I am pleased so far and look forward to rating this game again after I've played awhile.

I really enjoy building & decorating games such as this one. I've had a lot of fun with it & can't wait to see the other lands.. however there's one thing I'm irritable about.
I'm only in the first area & starting to get irritated because you give us all these buildings but not enough space. I can't even finish some missions because of it. I want to be able to decorate with flowers & things, but it's impossible if you want all the buildings. What gives? Let us buy some land expansions or something like other games because this is ridiculous.

Update...FORGET THIS GAME! I played for months, was gone awhile and when i went back to it my game was reset‼ this game was ok but not fun enough to start over when my progress is randomly deleted!
Fun...but...needs help. The fact that you can only use gifts from friends on certain lands is a real pain especially since most things go to the first land which is so overcrowded already i dont think ill be able to finish quest. On top of this you cant store half the things so again space consuming. You cant rotate buildings once they are placed, nor can you move the original builders huts. The wild west town it is beyond stupid not only how long it takes for emergency services to get anyway, made worse by the fact you have to sit online and wait for it to get there or it doesnt count. The vineyard continually has some stupid glitch that says emergency services cant access a building even when its right next door! The thanksgiving event, why in the world it only worked on the first land and cant be placed in wild west town is idiotic! First its indians and colonial buildings which looks silky in a modern town, second the first land is ridiculously over crowded! Ive contacted them about most of these issues, sadly nothing changes. Could be a 5 star game but as it stands 2.5 is what id give it

Great game
Really enjoying the game however I cannot proceed in the Wild West as I seem to hitting a stumbling block regarding opening the rodeo arena and settlers fort, apparently I need to have more population but there are no houses to buy
Fun game but needs some tweaking
I've been playing this for a while now. It's fun, especially since there are so many 'towns' you can build. My biggest complaint is when you are 'gifted' items, they only work for the main town, you can't use them in other towns. I wish they'd change that. Of course, with any 'free' game, they try to get you to spend money. Some buildings you cannot get unless you're have 'X' amount of dollars, which are slow to accumulate....and I mean sloooooow to accumulate so they want you to 'purchase' dollars. I just won't do it. Other than that, it's a fun game, you make friends quickly. I like the graphics, and they add holiday themed items when appropriate, but Christmas was late.

Great game and the images are so detailed and 'people are fascinating to watch! Building takes time and some goals are not achievable (200,000 crates to upgrade a building). Cannot connect (Facebook or games centre) my iPad game with my phone so I have 2 games running!
