More trouble got little value

This app doesn’t allow you to log in most times; won’t clear old messages; and contains unhelpful information. It’s a shame the business I work for requires it or I wouldn’t bother with it at all.

Still doesn’t work

I was instructed to use this for my upcoming study abroad and I saw the bad reviews and was skeptical but gave them the benefit of the doubt because the reviews were so long ago. Upon downloading the app, it wouldn’t let me sign in with the password i created and when I tried to reset the password, I never received the email to reset it.

Won’t even open up!

Was advised by my company to download app prior to international trip. Signed up, created an account and loaded app on my phone.
App will not even open up. Waste of time!

Verification email never arrives to set up access

Very…very buggy app

Very buggy. Kept crashing. Now I can’t get past adding my mobile. No matter what country code I select from drop down, it won’t take it. So basically stuck.
Bumped to 2 stars because after a couple crashes and restarts, I got past the country code issue.
Latest issue is that scrolling does not work on all screens….unless you stop and restart

Cannot Proceed Further

My organization uses this app and I cannot even get past where you have to put in country code and phone number.

How in the world can an app like this still be up or better yet, how is it possible that this obviously widespread issue has not be fixed?

Can’t even complete registration

My Company uses this all which seemed nice on the surface. Too bad I can’t even complete registration. Refuses to accept my phone number. Just nothing happen.. no error nothing. Tried dozens of times

I can’t even create an account, whatever password I try to set up it’s not good enough, despite the fact it fully meets the criteria required

Terrible App

Terrible password policy. Nothing works with Apple mobile. Apple Strong Passwords no acceptable. A continuous battle to use. The most user unfriendly App I’ve used in the last 10 years.

Clear notifications

Unable to clear notifications. Up to 56 now and no visible Notification Center to go into and clear them out. Where and how, and if not when?

Incomplete info

For US locations, need to advise travelers of currently enforced laws regarding reproductive rights and any legal stays. Situation is fluid, and vigilance is needed in “red” states. If I’m traveling for work I’d like to know in summary what my enhanced risk level is for all points on itinerary.

Cant login

Despite receiving an email about this from my employer, I am unable to login to the app. I watched the demo video on how to register. Just doesn’t work. Terrible

Can’t get past screen 2

Unable to select country code for phone so I can’t even set the app up - awful UX

Not working

This add doesn’t even load correctly so how can it be trusted with its functions who is in charge here

Registration issue

Cannot get past the opening registration question with the country code, so not even possible to open.

Downloaded on its own and will not let me delete

This app downloaded onto my phone without me selecting it. Now I keeps redownloading and not letting me delete it.

I assume it’s some sort of spy ware tracking and selling my location etc

USELESS BUGGY CRAP

How an app this bad can remain on the App Store, let alone get contracted by a major corporation is beyond me.

Did the health and safety and risk managers not read the endless bad reviews?

Did they ever try and use it before they contracted to use it?

Did they consider that the majority of the users were going to be temporary contract workers without corporate email accounts, and so would be unable to sign up?

The ‘Emergency Telephone Line’ service instantly answers with some awful music on hold and then transfers to someone who sounds like she’s in her bedroom...then the ‘support line’ you’re supposed to call is not listed anywhere and when ‘transferred’, once again, I think I’m speaking with someone working in their basement...

This is clearly an extremely poor solution, hastily developed for covid and should be relegated to the ‘junk bin’ ASAP!

Buggy

Pretty buggy.

Full of bugs. Useless app.

My company signed up for Worldcue so it could keep tack of employees during the Coronavirus. However, the app thinks you in the location where you first installed it no matter what, even though I gave it full permission for location services. The feature which allows you to manually update your location also does not work. The alert info frequently crashes. It’s a pretty simple piece of software to design, so not sure how they managed to do such a terrible job.
