Bug
Need to fix bug
Total lack direction.
Started the game and walked around the first town to start the story. Couldn't find a single NPC which gave me a quest of some kind to go with. Appeared to be nothing left to do. I tried the other servers as well. Nothing.
There didn't appear to be any real characters in the starting city either to ask. If this game had visible quests to help propel you into the game, that would be a good start.
Other things
Some dialogue having English spelling mistakes or incomplete sentences. And there are a lot messages given in non-English despite being played in the English version. As a language learner myself, I know language is difficult so I'm not letting this heavily affect my review. But this could be another area to work on.

Can’t play north America too mutch lag
Nice try, but...
Nice try, but terrible. Bugs all the time. Everything just freezes or don’t let you connect into the server. There’s bugs everywhere, everything crash. You guys really should make some improvements because is a nice game, but terrible administration.
