Great game, but…

I love this game, but recently, it won’t even load. I can’t even get the game to open, it just stays on the “changing areas” screen. I tried to see if it was my storage, but I have plenty of storage. All I can think is maybe it’s just a bug, which is a shame, because I really do enjoy the game.
