Your everyday steps become scenery from around the world. WorldScape turns the step count your iPhone already keeps into 648 isometric dioramas from 52 countries, opened one at a time. You never have to walk extra for the app. The commute, the shopping trip, the usual evening loop - all of it becomes the next scene. ■ Steps are the only currency Each scene costs between 1,500 and 13,000 steps. Your step count is read from Health and nothing is ever written back. No GPS, no location. ■ 648 dioramas from 52 countries A tunnel of torii gates in Japan, a cafe terrace in France, a tram climbing a hill in Portugal, a blue-painted town in Morocco, a lagoon of drifting ice in Iceland, a red-soil tea field in Kenya, a flock coming down a green hill in New Zealand. Not only the famous sights, but the ordinary scenery of each country, drawn one scene at a time, each with a short note on what you are looking at. ■ Start free with 5 scenes of Japan Cherry trees, a bathhouse, a shopping street, a summer festival, fireworks. From the last seven days of walking, the app estimates the day your next scene opens. Days you did not walk count toward the average, so it will not promise a date that never comes. Your walking streak is kept too. ■ Passport and postcards Collect every scene you own in a country and your passport receives that country's stamp. Any scene you like can be rendered as a postcard image and sent or saved from the share sheet. ■ 9 languages English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil) ■ No ads, no account There are no advertisements.
