Playing Boggle- I turn the Music & Volume off. The next time I play- w/o even switching games- the sound for 1 or both turns back on & up to full blast-annoying!

They donāt have the daily free game anymore unless youāre a premier member or something. Thereās no way to earn enough tickets to play a cash game without depositing cash now. Deleted app even though Iāve played it for years, it sucks now.

IMO itās a scam
Most of the games on there you are not able to see who you are playing against so they can just pick and choose when you win or lose. For instance, I was playing spades and me and my partner won. But I lost my money. In what world does that make sense. I wrote them about it and they just threatened to disable my account. The concept of the app is really cool but it just doesnāt work when you canāt see what is happening with the person you are playing against. For instance you can play one hole of golf and you get a birdie but the other person didnāt hit it into the sand trap.

Cash out rejected
So I recently played and was winning so I cashed out, days go by I check the app it says cash out rejected. The amount was only for a mere $6.33, so you would think that if the cash out was rejected those funds would be returned, but you would be wrong I was refunded $1. Iāve contacted support they havenāt responded so they donāt pay out and they donāt respond to support tickets in a reasonable time. Itās unfortunate because i liked the spades showdown game a lot

Rip off app
Iāve been playing and spending money on this app for years! After trying to get customers service to fix a problem where they arenāt giving me the rewards promised, nothing but run around. They keep changing the rewards every couple of weeks so itās not as good and when they do that you lose rewards! Iāve just deleted the app, I recommend you not even bothered to upload it. It will only rip you off and get you addicted to gambling, which is there goal!

This app is bogus, the payout is not as advertised. The games feel rigged, in other words your only options are loosing ones.

Was told to contact player services for issues. Unsure where that is so hereās my complaint. Game froze up while I was playing with MY money I added. Could move certain cards in the game, which prevented me from winning the game
