Great app needs manual option

I love this app and the automatic tracking through watch apps. There are times I need to manually add miles but don’t have the option. I also would like to change the sorting order of shoes

Run history stopped updating

I can no longer see recent runs in the run history. The app only shows the very latest run or walk.

Broken

The checkbox for adding shoes to a workout is extremely broken, so I can’t even use it unfortunately.
