Poor Experience!!!

My recording has been so far nothing but disappointing!!!! A month ago, I downloaded the app. I still get the vocal watermark on the track. I wasn’t using the YouTube video. I was using the app!! It didn’t work!!
Then, I tried contacting ‘help’. They didn’t.
Trying to connect to worship backing tracks, it sent a 4-digit code. I entered it. All that happens afterwards is buffering!! I need my money back and I’m gonna cancel this app!!
