I hope I do not receive any more rating requests after wasting my time writing this. I keep giving a star; however, every time I open the app, it asks AGAIN.

No Zelle option
I’ll be closing my account here and moving to another bank that offers Zelle as soon as my home loan is closed on. Ridiculous that they refuse to offer it.
Needs improvement
Why is it so hard to transfer money from an out side account to just pay my car note?

I would like to have Zelle as an option that will make me use this account more and take my money out of other banks and put it into this bank account
Crashes or has technical problems everyday
This app is atrocious, the app constantly crashes and has technical issues to where I cannot check my balance. I’ll move banks because of this
New website and app updates - AWEFUL!
Have been a member for years. Use app and online extensively for personal use and clients. FTWCCU’s newly revised website and app updates are awful, a total regression from previous. Will be exploring other banking option. Totally dissatisfied.
Latest update is tooooo glitchy
Please go back in to your UI and fix it. There is a serious bug that causes the app to outright crash. Yall did not need to update the UI…it was fine. The app now is constantly crashing and not allowing me to log in when needed. This is not ok.
Improved until it’s awful
Another example of app writers sitting around bored to tears so they “improve” an app that worked fine and in the process, ruin it. The old version worked fine, it didn’t need “improvements” but that never stops the bored programmers.
Something went terribly wrong
Not sure what they are doing to this app and their online presence, but they have made this the worst banking app I use to date. Slow, unable to find my accounts, does not show my balances, and the new interface looks like a horror story from the twilight zone. This isn’t a two step, this was a leap backwards.

New Interface
Why in the heckle-schmeckle did you redesign the whole app?! To use face-id to login now takes 3 buttons as opposed to the previous automatic login. The transaction details when you click on your checking account is all grey. Why would you remove the dedicated pending section and make it look exactly like the posted section without an obvious header? The text is unreasonably small for being important details that need referencing. I do appreciate the transaction search bar. Everything else that changed was completely unnecessary.

Inconvenient
Too many times, has the app been down. The credit union isn’t even on Zelle, the bank app doesn’t allow me to easily transfer money to other accounts (spouses account, or someone outside of credit union). Not pleased with the services and will be closing it soon.
iPhone widget gone
What happened to the iPhone Widget? It disappeared after IOS18. Please restore the widget.

Using the app it is ridiculously difficult to make a mobile deposit
Using the app it is ridiculously difficult to make a mobile deposit using this app. I have never successfully been able to do it. It makes me take photos over and over and over and over and over and rejects the images no matter how many times I adjust the camera, lighting, framing, you name it. The ONE time it was a successful photo and *supposed* deposit, I had to wait two days only to learn the deposit was rejected due to God knows what, and I had to call to even find that out. I wanted to know one time how I needed to endorse my check for mobile or night drop deposit, and it was nowhere to be found. When I try to find out ANY information from the app, it has nothing. That was the app review. The bank review is lukewarm. The mobile alerts are useless, as they arrive a day or more after the actual event, depending on whether it’s a weekend. Since when does an automatic alert need to depend on office hours? If there is a purchase on my debit card, even if it is over the weekend or after 5pm, I expect a text right away. What if it was fraud? I would never know in time to do anything about it before something catastrophic happened in my account. This is no bueno. If I made the purchase myself, I want to know the transaction was successful. Similarly, if I make a deposit of ANY kind (in person, drive thru, mobile, night drop), I want to know the moment it’s successful, and I don’t mean when it’s posted. I want to know when it was DEPOSITED. Last time i made a mobile deposit, it was held for review. Fine. But it disappeared into thin air. Not any evidence at all that I attempted a deposit. I want to see a PENDING deposit in my account. The banking hours on Saturday are not long enough. Noon is very early to close on a Saturday. 1pm is the earliest I’ve seen with any of my previous banks. I became accustomed to a certain standard of service from my previous bank, and since switching I have been disappointed with FTWCCU at almost every turn.

Mobile deposit feature bad
This new version of your mobile deposit is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Your imaging system is terrible and it makes you think your deposit is good by telling you it’s good. Then it’s held for review for literally a day and then cancels the transaction because your system said the deposit looked good. Sheesh this is not good when you can’t make it to the bank and we are over here thinking that our deposit is good. Please fix this issue guys it’s a major inconvenience. MAJOR.

I just love how the site/ app is ALWAYS down for hours at a time and you can’t use you card for ANYTHING. And of course the site is always down during NON Business hours so there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it…
