Doesn't Work
One of the only negatives about using a small, local bank is not having the newer, intuitive apps and technology to enable us to do banking on our phones. This is the second time I've attempted to use their app and it still won't let me log in.
The only other negative is that they aren't open or available on the weekends, when I finally have time to try to login. An after hours, non-emergency number/email/portal for assistance would be nice to have for situations like this.
Although it wouldn't be necessary if the kinks were worked out and I could login.
These aren't big enough issues to keep me from banking with them because local banking is far outweighs any tech issues. This review is intended as constructive feedback in an effort to hopefully fix whatever is wrong.
