Scammed!
Forgot to cancel subscription, so the money came out of my account. I cancelled it on the SAME day a few hours after the money came out of my account. Requested a refund, TWICE and it got declined. I’ve now paid £10 for something that I haven’t been able to use as they haven’t refunded me and also haven’t resumed my subscription then after not refunding me.
