It’s nothing but a scam

They won’t let you cash out on PayPal because they won’t Let you have any available Cashouts the available money will not move up from zero it stays at zero and even after 60 days, they will not let you cash out it’s stupid. It’s nothing but a stupid scam. They won’t let you do anything but earn and not Cashout. I am never using this app again. you guys are nothing but scammers.
