Don’t expect any response or reply from support for this application. Contacted twice about inability to delete outdated links to expired videos from the storage of videos. Links last three days. Now since the application doesn’t always notify you of motion events you can’t delete what you don’t know has been recorded and stored. Was going to install more webcams but now not interested when they won’t support their application. Brent

Door bell camera
This app is being a nightmare, it was working very well and suddenly it stopped and I’m no longer able to collect to WiFi, it say fail to connection.
Wowcam sleeps
If you dont have people pressing the doorbell it sleeps and can only be wakend by pressing the button. Found out this we have it at are van so close of season bell button not pressed .support os non exsitent you send an email no reply .Gonna try with memcard to see if haveing on recording all the time stops the sleep issue.

WORST APP EVER!!
The camera and light is awesome but the app to control both is so awful! The app makes you login every time you use it even left for 2 seconds and came back. Sadly this company cannot keep up with the upgrade and revolution of new and updated technology. I would not recommend this device to anyone just based on the awful app!

No option to navigate back
I bought Voger MF820 cameras with twin floodlights. The cameras work great but when I get a notification and click it, am taken to the next page where I can see all notifications listed. When I then click on any, I can view it well but there is no way I can navigate back to other notifications or to any part of the camera. Am only given the option to replay the footage, share, download or delete.
Would you kindly add the BACK command so am able to navigate in the app?
Your app is generally simple and straightforward which really is all that I would need with the type of cameras I have. Thank you.

Waste of money
I agree with other reviews, don’t bother buying not very good at all
Horrible! Useless!
The support for the devices makes devices themselves completely useless. The latest update no longer allows me to see any recording history and the images now upside down. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall several times. Trying to update the app is useless.
Probably the most pathetic app ever!
This app is horrible!! I completely despise it. It constantly makes me set up my camera back on wifi even though it always has a 100% signal!! I will be smashing this camera and getting something else that doesn’t require me using worthless Chinese apps!!!!
You killed my door bell
I want the previous version, it automatically updated now I keep getting errors making my door bell useless :(
Unable to complete verification due to Apple error.
Every time I enter verification code through app. Keeps giving me (Error 3840: the data couldn’t be reach because it isn’t in the correct format.(

All worked well for a week or so then all of sudden keep getting error code 3840 the data could not be read because isn’t in correct format . I’ve disconnected and reconnected but still same message . Happens when ever I try to to select anything in the app

If I could give no stars for this app I would, the camera itself is pretty good but the app won’t work half of the time, says error constantly. You can’t view the camera half the time on it and it has a big delay in showing anyone on the app!

Constantly getting error 3840 can’t read this as it’s not in the correct format. Annoying
