So complicated and unclear
I ordered three items from Wowcher thinking it will be like a normal shop as nowhere on the site does it say it’s not actually selling me an item. I paid for it and three days later after having no emails or order confirmed I googled it and apparently it’s a voucher I bought not an item. So I went on and ‘redeemed’ the voucher for the three items I ordered and paid for. A week later ONE arrived. I ordered three of the same item but only had one delivered. Awful experience. Now need to figure out where the other two are, I’m sure it will be clear as mud like the rest of the experience. I won’t be ‘buying’ from here again.

I wish I had never heard of Wowcher
What a farce. You buy a product you pay for a voucher. Once you have spent time trying to understand the app. There’s no promise what you have ordered will turn up. Then the trouble begins. Impossible to contact them. Fobb you off by saying we will get back to you in 48hrs. You can’t get a refund for there mistake. My partner has exactly the same problem. No customer support at all.

I found an amazing deal for a hotel I always wanted to go to process was so easy! I had a small issue but all was sorted by the customer service team super quick!
