The app doesn’t work

I can’t even set the lock up because everytime I do it says “system error”

Works but takes some effort

I had connection, account and Bluetooth issues getting the lock to work, instructions are poor and incomplete. It took awhile but I got it all working. Now that it is working I think it will be a nice product to have
