How do you start the stopwatch? How do you turn off RPN mode?
a few things missing
no double precision integer mode. nextprime crashes above 2^63. But it’s the best there is.

Good overall with some potential improvements
It would be great to round off this great looking and working WP 34s with a few features from similar emulated calculators (like Free42 and HP-12C):
- Printing simulation into a separate screen and saving to image and “log” files
- Shift Highlight: green and orange are somewhat similar (for some of us), so when a shift is activated, highlight the affected functions with higher intensity (brighter) color.
Other potential improvements:
- annunciators could be a little bigger
- multi-line stack, registers or program views

First class
This is an emulation of one of Hewlett Packard's most powerful machines - now on steroids, taking advantage of modern computing.
Beyond being fully programmable, it has a bewildering amount of functionality, so it's great to find vitally important user manuals are available.
It works just like it's cousin here in the App Store: the WP31-S, except this has even more. The only downside: it takes a while to become familiar with the keypad.

Fantastica calcolatrice programmabile
Per usarla al meglio bisogna studiare il relativo manuale, peraltro ben fatto. La calcolatrice ha una quantità smodata di funzioni e, anche se ben organizzate, possono portare un po’ di confusione. Se le funzionalità avanzate dovessero distrarre troppo, c’è la versione 31S degli stessi autori che presenta meno funzioni e un’interfaccia utente più semplice, che ho praticamente sostituito alla calcolatrice standard di apple.

Perfect copy but miss a second Line for a perfect RPN calculation
With the latest update, lists are unreadable
I have the HP30B and a converted WP34S. The only issues with this update is that all the pick lists are darkened and are not readable, for example, key in h and X.FCN and you won’t be able to read the choices.

Excellent engineering calculator, however there is a terrible battery drain and device heating issue when the app is running. Otherwise, this would easily be a five-star app.

I give this 5 stars. In the little specialist world of HP calculators there has been a BIG project amongst the more tech savvy users to create for themselves the perfect HP calc, that from HP never quite was. This is basically that project, which reached maturity, and put onto an IOS device. So it deserves 5 stars. Thank you. It's not the prettyest HP calc on an IOS device, but that's to miss the point of this.

Excellent calculator
I downloaded both this one and the companion wp-31s, both are extremely well done. Just a FYI, the "show" command works differently in the two apps. I assume that the wp-31s behavior is correct and this app has a problem. Great apps other than that.

aber seltsames verhalten - app geöffnet auf meinem alten iPhone 5 - iPhone bleibt kalt, dagegen app geöffnet auf neuem iPhone 5s (beide iOS 8.3) - gerät wird sehr warm!

Certainement une des plus belles réalisations de RPN HP mythiques dans le portage sur iPhone.
Cette WP-34s est l'adaptation parfaite du célèbre modèle physique, lui-même issu d'un projet un peu "fou" de flasher les 20B ou 30B pour y placer les fonctions de plusieurs monstres de l'histoire des calculatrices: les HP 42S et 16C en tête!
Les Beginner's Guide et Reference Manual sont disponibles en pdf sur le web.
Fonctionne à merveille.
Un must have tant pour les nostalgiques que ceux désirant une calculatrice RPN très puissante et parfaitement adaptée aux iPhone.
