Doesn’t load on iOS 18
The app doesn’t seem to be supported on iOS 18 as I’m getting a server connection issue, even after deleting and reinstalling the app. Please fix.
Terrible app
This app used to be great before 2022 when they changed it completely. It is totally useless now and recently it has stopped working altogether. Don’t bother downloading it.
Unreliable
The app works intermittently. Most of the time the app doesn’t function at all. Not a very user friendly experience. Not a great way to encourage library use
Old app more useful
This one doesn’t have “My Shelves” to keep track of books I want to read (or have read). Apparently it’s on the web but the app is far more convenient for younger patrons. Lately it wouldn’t connect to the catalogue so I couldn’t search for books. I deleted and reinstalled hoping that would fix the issue but now it can’t connect to the sever. Maybe ask your patrons what the want to see in an app before completely changing it to something far less functional. Maybe a good thing is clear fonts and big print and nice use of white space. My Account should be the top menu item after search. Because it’s not working now I can’t remember if it has availability details. I used that feature all the time.
