My feedback on the WPXI app
Many times I get very frustrated with navigating through the WPXI app(and sincerely, the website) . It is hard to find information that you are looking for even if it aired that day. A lot of times the anchor woman or anchorman will say that there’s more information on the website and it is absolutely hard to find. You really have to go down a rabbit hole and it’s frustrating. I would like to be able to access Clark Howard information and (information that comes on at 5 and 6 AM in the morning that helps people save money) at any time of day. There’s all these clips of negative news but something that could be helpful to someone is next to an accessible. I just filled it. A person should be able to find whatever they just saw on TV for at least a few days. Thanks for taking my feedback.

Wasn't broke...
Used to love the news app. WPXI HAD THE BEST! Then, even though it wasn't broke, you fixed it. It's the worst news app. I want to read not watch WPXI videos that are 80% commercials for WPXI. I expect your reporters to be professional however when you shove them down my throat, I wonder.
Review
The app used to be good. Now not so much. Don’t like having to scroll through a ton of ads to finish a news story. Plus gotta to be more news in our region. Do better WPXI. You’re a great station.

Twist stories to cause hate
Not user friendly.
Not user friendly at all. Every other app. when you swipe back to get to the previous screen, you do. With this app it takes you to the next article. Very frustrating.
Too Many Videos
I would prefer to quietly READ the news in the still early morning without it suddenly blaring from my phone.
Keeping on top of Current Events is a priority.
I read your news articles daily. They are well written. Keeping up on events around Pittsburg and current events in other areas of United States is my top priority. Also World Events are important to keep up with. I also enjoy hearing about my Pittsburgh Teams, Steelers, Penguins and the Pirates! Win or loose they be are my favorites! It is also nice to keep track of entertainment events around Pittsburgh. The only problem I have with all stations is the lack of news on Iran regarding our troops. I am not happy with the fact that our young people are over there in danger ‼️

Stories don’t show
When I get a highlight of a story in my phone feed, I click on it and it never opens up.
Make it make sense
Why sent out a headline for an article that never shows up? Why is it so hard to navigate? Why are there so many ads? Why don’t you make it easy to follow up on stories?
Finally
I love channel 11 news teams. They ask common sense questions trying to get the truth no matter what! They have always tried to be aware of the truth and hard facts when assigned to a case and I appreciate that.
Nope
The articles are old and not “new”s. They are also short, not detailed and sometimes vague.
Uninstalling
There are ways to include ads without them being obnoxious and all over the place. I’m scrolling through the news and being bombarded by gambling ads and an image of an elderly person with their finger up their nose?
Too much
I wanted to mention that of course the ads are horrible and everybody hates them, but you have to make revenue off. I guess somehow I think the problem is is it’s in LA AI generated another becoming offensive now we have Cheech and Chong‘s Gummies to get high with now we have something to s gonna make every woman’s vagina wet. I actually took screenshots of these cause I was going to send them to you. It’s the only channel where you actually get real news, you get a lot of fluff from From KDKA and you get about the same same thing from WTAE because we know the KDKA spending all their money on the radio but they don’t really care about what’s going on but if you wanna know what crime is going on, which is very important to know about anymore it’s you guys it’s the only one I go to. You could really set the bar but really making the app top notch but it’s not. It’s low bar low class same as everybody else.
