App doesn’t work
I am paying $4.99 per month for an app that doesn’t work. It keeps adding the watermark to my video 🤦🏽♀️ And customer service is unresponsive. I love the concept but unfortunately, I’m cancelling my subscription.
I clicked on “Restore purchase” as suggested and still getting an error message. It’s not fixed 😡

Please click on “restore purchases” and it will all work fine. We have replied to your support ticket weeks ago, please check your spam folder
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Requested a refund about 5 months ago because I couldn’t use the software due to their format requirements and they wouldn’t issue it for me. They keep saying they’ll give me a refund and they never do. I email them almost every week to remind them to give me a refund and they keep asking me for my PayPal ID for the 10th TIME!! BE CAREFUL! There’s a ton of software that can do the same same with BETTER customer service.

I personally love this app! You can take pictures and video’s an even use pictures you already have also add music an cool Animation’s. You can use it on the go which really works for me it’s that quick an simple to use. I think I’ve finally found the app that makes my work stand out on social media Amazing.
