This app doesn’t work

I paid for the monthly subscription and the app doesn’t work. When I click on a wrapper or whatever, it promos me to get the subscription, which I have already done. Then I click “OK” and a message appears that says I am already a subscriber. Really? Like I didn’t realize that. Then I try to use a free wrapper and I go through all the prompts, select the style, and upload a photo to go with it, then select “send via text message” and then this circle thing appears and just spins (as if something is happening) but nothing ever happens. This app is completely useless and a waste of money. I would like a refund, but I don’t know how to get it
