I keep getting my alerts in Spanish

No Habla

Why do I keep getting my notifications in Spanish. Cannot find anything in the settings to change it to English. The content on the app is strictly in English, you broadcast in English, why the hell aren’t the pushed notifications in English??????
Will most likely be deleting the app if this isn’t corrected.
