About

"So how have you been since March?" The first question at every neurology appointment, and it is impossible. Twelve minutes in the room, four months to account for, and a condition that makes remembering, writing and typing the hard parts. Wren was built for that unfairness. Wren is a voice diary for people living with Parkinson's, ALS, Alzheimer's, MS and other neurological conditions, and for the people who care for them. Just talk. Tap the big green button and say how the day went, in any order, in your own words. Trail off, backtrack, change your mind. Wren keeps up, then sorts it into a clear entry: stiffness, tremor, falls, sleep, mood, swallowing, medicines. It shows you what it understood before saving anything, and keeps your exact words underneath. Thirty seconds is enough. On the days even that is too much, three taps will do. NOTHING YOU SAY IS THROWN AWAY. If Wren cannot place a sentence, it keeps it anyway, word for word. Say "no falls this week" and Wren records that as good news, not a fall. MEDICINES, AND THE TIMING. Set your doses once. Wren reminds you, keeps an honest record of what was taken and when, and never scolds you for a missed one. Every day, certain weekdays, every second day, cycles, monthly, as needed. For Parkinson's, the timing is everything, so Wren keeps it exact and shows you where a symptom fell in the dose cycle. A PAGE YOUR DOCTOR CAN USE. Months of small entries become one page you can hand across the desk or send ahead. What is worth raising first, how the medicines really went, falls counted rather than guessed at, and the questions worth asking for your condition. LET YOUR FAMILY LOOK IN, IF YOU WANT THEM TO. The care circle lets somebody you name watch over you from their own phone. They see counts: whether you wrote, how the doses went, falls, symptoms logged, and a knock when something is worth a look. They never see your words. Not your diary, not your conversations with Wren, not a quotation of anything you said. You choose what is shared, you can change it whenever you like, and you can stop without giving a reason. MADE FOR HANDS THAT SHAKE. Big buttons. No swipes, no long presses, no tiny sliders. Text set for low vision. Everything works by typing on the days your voice will not. The diary works with no signal at all. THERE IS MORE IN IT. Gentle exercises for voice, balance and hands. Short check-ins for memory and attention. Tasks you can film for your therapist. Voice banking, to keep a recording of your own voice while you still have it, free forever. Research and trials near you. YOUR DIARY STAYS YOURS. No account. No password. Nothing to sign up for. Your diary is stored on your phone, and your voice becomes text on the device. To sort an entry or hold a conversation, those words go to an AI service working for Wren and the answer comes straight back. Nothing is stored there, nothing is trained on, nothing is sold, no trackers. If you turn the care circle on, the summary is sealed on your phone before it leaves. WHY IT EXISTS. My grandfather has Parkinson's. I have sat with him and watched a hard month and a good one blur into "about the same, I think." He deserved a better answer. So did his doctor. WREN PLUS. Most of Wren is free forever: the diary, medicines and reminders, falls, the exercises and games, voice banking, watching over one person, and a real conversation with Wren every day. Plus opens the full doctor's letter over any period, long-term trends, care circle alerts, and unlimited talking. One plan covers the whole circle, so a family pays once between them. Free for 14 days, then $16.99 a month or $99.99 a year. Wren is a personal diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. Always speak to your doctor about your care.
