What's New in Wrestling+ Stats & Scorebook

8.1

July 2, 2026

You are putting in the work by tracking real wrestling records, and this update is built to respect that time. Wrestling+ now feels cleaner across match lists, wrestler lists, teams, cards, settings, and Pro, with less duplicate navigation and better tools for finding the record you need. Highlights: -> Teams now have a main tab, so team records are easier to reach. -> The old Sheet tab has been removed because the table view already lives in Stats. -> Individual, Coach, Teams, and Wrestlers now feel more consistent at the top of each screen. -> Search and filtering are more compact, so the list gets more room. -> Sort controls are easier to use when you want records by name, date, status, result, match, or opponent. -> Ascending and descending order controls are now available where they are needed. -> Help buttons explain each main list in clear user->facing language. -> The app keeps the focus on the records, not on extra instructions. Better list control: -> Individual match records are easier to search and sort. -> Coach matches are easier to scan by date, match, result, or opponent. -> Teams can be searched and sorted by name or date. -> Wrestlers can be searched and sorted by name or date. -> The top controls take up less vertical space. -> Larger lists are easier to move through without losing context. -> Tapping a record is aimed at the record you meant to open. -> Team stat selection is cleaner and avoids unnecessary drilling. Cards are better across the app: -> Card buttons now focus on showing the right card, not plain text. -> Wrestler cards use a player style trading card presentation. -> Team cards show useful team information without extra save or share text printed on the card. -> Award cards have been cleaned up so the card itself feels more complete. -> Card text color and card background color can now be changed from Settings. -> The color choices use a clear set of 16 primary colors. -> Card font choices now include a larger variety of styles. -> Card appearance settings apply across the cards in the app. -> Help text has been updated to explain the card settings in normal user language. Cleaner navigation: -> Team tracking is easier to find from the tab bar. -> Duplicate navigation has been trimmed where it added noise. -> More keeps the supporting tools together. -> Stats remains the place for the table->style view. -> Pro has a cleaner Status section without the extra hero panel. -> The Pro status message now explains the value of the app more clearly and more directly. What feels better day to day: -> Match records are easier to revisit after saving. -> Wrestler and team lists are easier to narrow down. -> Coach scorebook records are easier to review. -> Award records and cards feel more polished. -> Settings now gives more control over the look of card text and card backgrounds. -> The app does a better job staying compact on iPhone while still keeping important controls visible. -> Help text is written for people using the app, not for people reading code. -> The main tabs are easier to understand at a glance. Season workflow polish: -> Stats stays central for table review and season summaries. -> Export, backup, and record review language is clearer. -> Pro users get a more direct status message that credits the work already being tracked. -> Free users can still see that existing records and export access remain available. This update keeps Wrestling+ focused on practical wrestling stats, match logs, rosters, team tracking, awards, cards, exports, and season records. It should feel more direct when you are entering data, more useful when you are reviewing a season, and cleaner when you are sharing or saving a card.

User reviews

Very good app that keeps improving

This team feature is really convenient so it means I don’t have to keep swapping back-and-forth between players, but I have them all in one view

Update needed

Just purchased but notice scoring for takedown is set to 2 points, vs 3 points. Can this be updated?

So many bugs

Still 2pt takedown, crashes when you try to add a photo, math is wrong when entering birthdates, and the bouts don’t tally.

Waste of 1.99. Save your money and buy a drink.

Solid tracking app

Just downloaded to track my sons matches. Overall very easy to use, love the stat roll up as well.

Would love to see options to choose pin or tech fall as a win option and have that info added to the stat tracking as well.

Other than that, great app!

Great wrestling app

Keeps me synced between devices. Very useful for tracking. iCloud works great now.
