Avoid this app. They charge you but take no responsibility for the order. Your food comes late and wrong and they just say that’s the restaurant’s problem. No way to rate company and they use anyone. No matter how bad they are.
Pointless
You are unable rate the quality of the food or delivery. This is probably a big selling point to takeaways that are poor.
I did ask them if they were going to introduce a rating system and was told “they hope to in the future”. It could be set up in a couple of days, but they have no intention of doing this. My advice, use Just Eat.

Not being able to rate your takeaways is an issue
In my experience, anything you order on this app comes late. Why? Because there is no way to rate them. On every other takeaway app you can let them know if they’ve done wrong, but on Wrexham Eats there’s none of this - so the takeaway will prioritise the orders placed on other apps because they know that they won’t hear from Wrexham Eats users! It’s a real shame, and more often than not I prefer Just Eat etc for this reason.

Absolutely shocking service a total waste of time

I’ve just downloaded the app, and it won’t load. No matter how many times I go off the app and reload, it doesn’t load fully. When it doesn’t decide to load, it won’t let me scroll through.
