A friend gave my wife this wristband and I was setting this app up for her. I could enter her name but not height, weight or anything else. The “save” button is at the bottom right of the screen and the keyboard won’t go away.

App needs work
I've noticed that after having a great day of walking and then reviewing the data for that day; if the watch dies, it wipes all of previous data for the day including the data that you have already seen. I noticed an uncontrollable drop a few times per week and started watching what happened and finally figured out the data wiping and hopefully maybe just turning off the watch before it dies is my next step if you can't fix the problem.

Calorie tracking
The app works great however it would be great if it would work in conjunction with a calorie tracking app or if there was a way to track calorie intake within the app itself

Seems good, but won't sync with fitbit
Downloaded and have been trying to get the app to work. Have it all setup but for some reason, will not connect via bluetooth. Is there a secret to this? Please provide help!
bugs galore
time is only correct when iphone is on 24 hour clock, app wont sync data on ios9.3.3 so needs some work, watch works ok tho now on 24 hour clock, camera button works, alarm works, had to turn lost mode off tho

All links to the manufacturer's location are "cannot be found" which I was curious because I've had problems with ordering things from Asia and every time, no fail - no contact info, original product no longer on Amazon for purchase.
So I will not order this product even though all of the features are what I desire - it costs too much when the sellers web site currently does not exist!!

DO NOT BUY THE WRISTBAND
The App doesn't work. It does not allow the user to make a Bluetooth connection, so it is useless. The wristband cannot sync with the App.
App started to work
I initially gave this app 1 star as it stopped working when iPhone was updated... Since IOS got another update the app started to work. Hopefully for good!
Needs ISO9 update
App worked great till I updated my iPhone to ISO9. Now won't connect needs updated

Do Not Buy - Complete waste of time and money!!! App is useless and crashes with the touch of any screen!!! Cannot and will not connect to Bluetooth!! I'm so disappointed and wish I had seen these before I bought this on OpenSky!!

What a disappointment. Two days,iOS 9 comes along and now it won't work. FIX IT!!!!!
They are obviously never going to fix this App. I returned the wristband to Amazon and ordered a different one that works with ios9. Everyone should do the same. There websupport site is closed down too.

Need an update/bug fix
Since iOS9 keeps crashing please do something about this! My bracelet is essentially useless and a waste of money!
iOS 9 failure
This worked absolutely fine until I updated to iOS 9. Now it won't sync so I can't use my band as it has wrong date and time on it. Useless now.
App just doesn't work
I just bought this Batman Fitness Tracker. It was just what I needed, a Fitbit type thing but with a screen, that also doubles as a watch. The app looks nice but that's about it since it's totally useless when you can't even connect the bracelet to it. It works fine but the time is wrong since I've never been able to connect it to my phone to change it. So frustrating I just bought a $75 paper weight.

I was really looking forward to using this item and the app. It looked like it would be extremely helpful to me. Only I cannot connect it via bluetooth, which is a necessity. Every time I try to connect it, the app shuts down. And I mean EVERY time. I didn't try this just once or twice. By now I have tried it at least a dozen times and at different times of the day. From the other reviews I read, though, this is a problem since the iOS update. It is clearly not just a problem I am having. Please fix this problem ASAP. At this point, I am looking for another device because this is a waste of my time.
