Rien en français
Videos don’t import
I wanted this to work
4 main problems:
1 band comes apart, dropping $800 Watch on concrete. Happened 3 times on first day.
2 magnetic charger won’t stay on battery, just falls under own weight. ? Bad magnets?
3 not sending pix or video to phone. Have app, watch face is nice but no communication c phone for camera
4 No service. None. I started with an email- no answer. More emails, more dead air. Nothing. Nada. Sad
Fantastic but…
Please fix this app
Response from developer
Please contact either apple support or Wristcam support (support@wristcam.com) for help on this. The watch app should be installed by default, but in some cases you might need to go to the Watch App on the iPhone and see that the installation is successful. Please also note WatchOS 7 is required so you might need to upgrade your Watch OS version.
Good but missing key feature
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. The video calling feature from the watch is now available. Sign from the communication tab or the settings on your iPhone. The communication tab on the watch is reached via swing left from the video recording screen. To communicate, both parties need to download the Wristcam App (on phone or watch), and sign in. There's an easy way to invite people and share the app from both the phone and the watch.
So far SO BAD !!!

Watch app not installed
WatchOS: 7.6.1
Response from developer
HI! Thank you for your feedback. Please visit the Apple (app) Store within the Watch, and install the Wristcam app from the app store directly from the Watch. You can always write to us at support@writscam.com and our support team will be happy to help. Thank you!
Wow
Works great! I was worried it would be too heavy for running, but I’m not sure I notice it at all frankly.
The combo of Bluetooth + WiFi for setup and transferring is a bit much, but I’m not sure there’s a way around that. Works fine regardless.
Totally impressed. Great tutorials too.
Good Camera - No Video Chat
Seems like when/if they roll out the video chat in the future it will be wristcam app not FaceTime. So today you can take pictures and video but only 1080p and 720p that must be because you only have 8GB storage and you have to transfer pics and video over Wi-Fi to your phone after the wristcam is placed on it charger.
Again I like the idea but seems to be extra steps to achieve what Apple should just have built in to their Apple Watch by now.
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. The video calling is now available, and does require the use of the app on both ends, either on the phone or watch. Note that your friends can participate in a video call from their watch even if they do not own a Wristcam device !
