UNDER THE SHELL • Standalone watchOS app — works over the Watch's own LTE or Wi-Fi, no paired iPhone required after setup • End-to-end encrypted (X25519 ECDH + ChaCha20-Poly1305) — the relay is a dumb router, never sees plaintext • HKDF-SHA256 key derivation, fresh nonce per message • One-time pairing via QR — your private keys never leave the device that generated them • Push-to-talk voice in, voice out, JPEG thumbnails ≤ 40 KB • Built on Apple's CryptoKit.
