Great Little App

This is a such a cute, kind app. I know that sounds weird for an app but it seems to be the most accurate description I can provide. The app doesn't ask too much from you - about 10-15 minutes of your time, daily. With the Pro subscription you respond to a prompt, share writing that requires you to use a few words in it, associate words based on a prompt (very much like doing a mindmap or "clustering"), and then do a visualization/thought activity. It's a really great tool to use in the morning while drinking coffee to get into the writing mindset. You can save all of your writing, which is great. I would love to see more activities. For example, editing or rewriting a paragaph, or revisiting a response to a prompt you made in the past. A freewriting exercise without a prompt would be great, especially since you would be able to save it, and "morning pages" are such a good tool to get you into the writing mindset. That said, what is currently available in the app is great. It's a very simple app that does a great job of getting you into a writing mindset in just a few minutes.

This one's special

I like pushing my mind through mental gymnastics and this app prove to help me go through a daily mind exercise. Great writing questions to help improve.

Have to pay

Wanted a free app where it gave me a lot of choice for writing, however it only gave me one wiritng prompt and tried to get me to share it with people. Also, it instantly asks you for a monthly/yearly subscription to open the app up more.

Response from developer

Hi, sorry to hear your experience. The app has 4 types of exercises: ‘Prompt’, ‘Share’, ‘Ideation’ and ‘Cool Down’. It is designed in such a way that you can attempt all 4 types of exercises once per day. ‘Share’ and ‘Ideation’ are for paid users while ‘Prompt’ and ‘Cool Down’ are available to all users. You can use them as long as you want, but one attempt per day. The ‘Prompt’ writing material cannot be shared. It is only in ‘Share’ writing section where we help you in creating content meant to be shared. And that too is optional. It is totally in your control whether you want to share it or not, or with whom. This increases your confidence in showing your writing to the world. You can also try the Pro version with 7-day free trial. We have just updated the app and we are certain you are going to like the new version. Please give it a try. We would be glad to become a part of your writing journey. 🙂👍
