Awesome like wow!
It’s so good it’s very simple. But very good helps a lot for writers block. And I’m a kid writing this and I love music. So this is awesome and easy. Like wow! And it’s completely FREE! No in app purchases no nothing! FREE FREE FREE!!
What does it even do?
With a name like “Writr” I expected to be able to write. It has a rhyme search function and that’s about it. Also, the “feather” icon does absolutely nothing. This is a terrible app.

Not even allowed to type. Its ridiculous. I was looking forward to seeing how well this app work. Writers block is in need of help 🙄

Common sense
It immediately annoys me when I download an app and open it for the very first time and then it asks me to rate their app....... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LIKE IT IF I JUST OPENED IT FOR THE FIRST TIME?????? So you get a one star because I don’t like your app. Needs improvement.
Useful, but no landscape.
This is a useful app to have around. I just wish it would also run in Landscape orientation, a twisting my head sideways to use it with my iPad is painful. (-:

It has the potential to be a great app, you just need to include clickable words so that you can see the definition of the word your looking at. Would make it a lot easier to use

Best rhymer ever
There is a general consensus amongst the songwriting community this is the best rhymer ever. There is no reason not to get it. It’s free.
The best rhyming app
Clean, efficient, straightforward design makes this my go to rhyming app for 3-4 years now. Never found another one that comes close to the use-ability or functionality of Writr. Thanks.
It only stays in portrait mode
Given I have a keyboard attached to my iPad because I’m trying to write a song I need it to change to landscape mode which it never does. Super annoying.

I’m a songwriter and I love this app! I’ve introduced so many collaborators to it and they love it too. Highly recommended.
Great app and definitely needs improvements
It has a lot of Rhymers in this dictionary which is more than most of the other rhyme dictionaries on the App Store. Please add word definitions to be able to see by pressing the word. Also be able to at least copy the word from within the app. It would be nice to have a favorite log/ ideas that will save whatever word you choose to keep to remember.

Quick and precise. Very good.
Disappointing
Downloaded this app as it sounded quite handy for my lyric writing. Tried a couple of simple words to see what sort of suggestions came up and was surprised and disappointed in the response to a very common word. The word - Carry. Distinct lack of -‘arry’ words (marry, tarry, harry etc). Will keep it and use it but initial impression is average at best, so just 3 stars. Also tried ‘finger’ and ‘linger’ easily the most obvious rhyme doesn’t appear.

Love it. Perfect for poems, song writing and rapping. The half rhyme feature is what sets it apart and it really helps when you are on a roll and hit a slight road bump in your creativity. Very handy. 👌
